A fault line is not a break. It is a record — the precise place where two forces met, held, and eventually gave way. In geology, in geology as in paint, the most honest mark is the one left by pressure over time.
Fault Line is a series of eight paintings exploring the diagonal as a structural and emotional force. Each work begins with a field — a prepared surface of mineral pigment, acrylic ground, and raw linen texture — then ruptures it with a single tectonic gesture. The rupture is never the same twice: it can be gilded, eroded, vaporous, or raw.
The series is in active production in the studio in Logroño. Six works are completed. The remaining two are in various stages of material resolution. Private access opens before any public release.

Eight works.
Six revealed.
Two works are completing in the studio and will be released exclusively to the private list.

Crimson Bloom
A saturated crimson core breaks through a mineral field of soft linen and chalk. Silence and force held in exact proportion — the first rupture of the series.

Nocturno Gilt
Matte black holds a gilded rupture. Gold emerges from depth with restrained drama — a high-contrast mineral architecture that commands every room it enters.

Verdigris Drift
Mineral greens dissolve into rose while a darkened ridge defines the movement. Calm and reflective — an atmospheric work with a central geometry that expands space.

Rosé Mineral
Soft rose and sorghum tones meet along a granular ridge, punctuated by warm mineral flashes. Delicate but grounded — pigment and tide caught in the same breath.

Ember Edge
A ragged ridge like eroded stone crosses a vast terracotta field. Earthy depth and subtle transition create a quiet monument — organic, modern, effortlessly elegant.

Ash Veil
Whispered greys diffuse across an almost weightless field, interrupted by a distant broken line. Minimal and architectural — built on restraint and refined atmosphere.

Gilded Surge
A sculptural diagonal gathers light as it moves across the surface. The texture behaves like a tide of metal — restrained, premium, and undeniably contemporary.

Onyx Horizon
A tectonic fault splits the canvas between deep onyx and warm ember — two opposing forces held at the edge of collision. Dramatic, grounded, and commanding in any space.
