We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679):

  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Managing and following up on acquisition inquiries constitutes a legitimate business interest of SVF Art Studios & Management.
  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Where an acquisition process is initiated, processing is necessary for the performance of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to complete and document an acquisition. Correspondence related to completed acquisitions is retained for a period of five (5) years for legal and archival purposes, in accordance with applicable Spanish commercial law.

Inquiries that do not result in an acquisition are retained for a maximum of two (2) years. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. International Data Transfers

This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. infrastructure, which may involve the transfer of technical data to servers located in the United States. Vercel participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and maintains appropriate safeguards under GDPR. No personal data submitted through the contact form is stored on Vercel servers beyond temporary request processing.

Email correspondence is handled through our own domain. No personal data is shared with cloud-based CRM or marketing platforms.
