All artworks displayed on this Website are offered through private inquiry only. The display of an artwork on this Website does not constitute a binding offer for sale. No acquisition is confirmed until a written agreement has been reached between the collector and SVF Art Studios & Management, and any agreed deposit or payment has been received.
Pricing is not publicly displayed. All acquisition discussions are conducted privately and individually. SVF Art Studios & Management reserves the right to decline any inquiry without explanation.
Ownership of a physical artwork acquired through SVF Art Studios & Management does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the artwork. The artist retains all copyright, reproduction rights, and moral rights in the work, in accordance with Art. 14 of the Ley de Propiedad Intelectual.

We make every effort to ensure the information published on this Website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content. Artwork availability, dimensions, and edition status are subject to change without notice.
